Kids Elevated is a registered trademark of Premier Enrichments, LLC ("Kids Elevated," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to www.kidselevated.com, our parent enrollment portal, and the messages we send you.

We provide movement and enrichment classes — sports, soccer, dance, tumbling, and stretch — delivered at partner preschools and childcare centers during the school day.
Information We Collect
From parents and guardians, when you enroll a child or create an account: your name, email address, mailing address, mobile and alternate phone numbers, the name of a second guardian or emergency contact, your child's enrollment selections, and your account credentials.
About your child: first and last name, date of birth or age, the school and classroom they attend, and any allergy, medical, or accommodation information you choose to give us so we can keep your child safe in class.
Payment information: card and billing details are collected and processed by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
Automatically: basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to operate and secure the site.
We collect this information from you directly. We do not buy personal information about you or your child from data brokers or lead generators.
Children's information
Our services are purchased and managed by parents and guardians, not by children. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts, and we do not collect information directly from children online. Information about your child is provided by you and is used only to deliver the classes you enrolled them in, to keep them safe, and to communicate with you about their participation. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, contact us at wecare@kidselevated.com and we will delete it.
Photographs: we sometimes photograph classes. You may decline photography for your child at any time by telling us in writing, and we record that preference on your child's record.
How We Use Your Information
To enroll your child, schedule classes, and take attendance
To process tuition, fees, and refunds
To send you service messages about your child's classes — schedule changes, closures, attendance, make-up dates, and account or billing notices
To respond to your questions
To send you news and offers about Kids Elevated programs, where you have opted in

SMS Communications
We will not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number, or the fact that you consented to receive text messages, to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or lead generators for marketing purposes.
We share mobile numbers only with the messaging providers who deliver messages on our behalf, and only so they can deliver those messages to you.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrolling in any Kids Elevated program. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
Information Sharing
We share personal information only as follows:
Partner schools and centers, limited to what they need to host the class — your child's name, classroom, and enrollment status
Service providers who work on our behalf: payment processing, email and text message delivery, and software hosting. They may use the information only to perform those services for us.
When required by law, or to protect the safety of a child, our staff, or the public
In a business transfer, if Premier Enrichments, LLC is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply until you are notified otherwise
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enrollment and billing records for as long as your family is active with us and afterward as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
Your choices
Text messages: reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for assistance
Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email; you will still receive service messages about your child's enrollment and billing
Access, correction, or deletion: email wecare@kidselevated.com and we will respond as required by applicable law, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated to you directly.
Children's Privacy
Our services are contracted by parents, guardians, schools, and daycare centers. We collect only the minimal child information needed to run our classes (such as first name and class placement) and never collect information directly from children.
